Delete your account

BRINXO (on this website and in the Android app com.brinxo.game, published by US Studios) lets you delete your account and its data at any time, for free. You don’t have to delete the app first, and you don’t need the app at all to ask us.

In the game (fastest)

1. Open BRINXO and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Manage.
3. Choose Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and press Delete my account.

Deletion happens right away. The game tells you when it is done; if something goes wrong (for example you are offline), it says so and nothing is deleted — try again when you are online. You are signed out on that device, and your sign-in is removed, so no device can stay signed in to the deleted account.

Without the app: by e-mail

Send an e-mail to support@brinxo.online with the subject Delete my account, from the e-mail address you sign in with (that is how we know the account is yours). Include your username if you have one. We confirm by e-mail when the account has been deleted, normally within 7 days. We never ask for a password.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in record (Google or e-mail link) and your player profile: username, display name, avatar, banner and title.
• Your progress: level, XP, scores, streaks, badges, game history and settings stored with the account.
• Your friends list, friend requests, invitations and notifications.
• Your leaderboard entries.
• Your chat messages, where the chat is available.
• Your XP record and unlocked cosmetics.

What is anonymised or kept, and for how long

• Finished battles (1v1 battles, Group Battles and Math Tug-of-War) stay in the other players’ results, with your name replaced by “Deleted player”. The match records themselves carry no name and are deleted automatically 30 days after the match.
• Reports and moderation decisions about an account are kept as moderation records, so that the same abuse can be recognised if it comes back, and are not used for anything else.
• Anonymous usage statistics, where they are collected, are counters that were never linked to your account, so there is nothing of yours to delete in them.
• Purchases (Remove Ads in the Android app) are recorded by Google Play, not by us. Deleting your BRINXO account does not refund or remove a purchase; it stays with your Google account.

On this device

Progress saved on a device without an account is never sent to us. To remove it, clear the app’s storage (Android: Settings → Apps → BRINXO → Storage → Clear data) or the website’s data in your browser.
